This mail is not exaclty related to this bug.

I have seen a few bug reports from you related to KDE 4.2. Even though you can
report upstream bugs in the Debian BTS, it is not a good idea in cases of big
projects like KDE where they have an open Bug Tracking System:
https://bugs.kde.org/

Sometimes you will find the problems you are experiencing already reported
there and you will be able to add more information or just a "me too" that
might attract the application developer attention earlier and look at it.
Also, your KDE maintainers are overloaded and this only add us more work,
so usually we do not forward the bugs to the KDE due to lack of time.
In the case we forward it, sometimes some KDE developer ask for more
information, we need to forward back to you, then your answer, etc...

So, please, in the future report your bugs there, if it ends being a only
Debian issue you can come back and file the bug here.

If you want to continue filing the bugs in the Debian BTS, then please, *also*
report the bug in the KDE bugzilla and link the Debian report with the
KDE report using the Debian's BTS command "forwarded".

Of course, all the bugs related to packaging issues should be filed in the
Debian BTS only and they are welcome.

Ana
