Sure thing. I have not reported bugs in several ocassions just for avoiding
create an user.

No (wo)manpower, but I do not think it is fair leave the bug opened, 
like we ignored it, without informing you the state of you request with a 
quick answer that *might* be useful for you.
I am not tagging as wontfix or close it, because it is fair file this kind of
bugs/request, as it is also nice inform the reporter what they have to do if
they are really interested in their request for features.
FYI, when kde 4 replaces kde 3 as default kde desktop you might receive a mail
asking you update the mail and maybe some time later, closing it.
