 When in dualhead mode (using eg: xrandr --output VGA --mode 1280x1024
 --above LVDS) maximize a window will maximize it over both screens, not
 on one screen as before version 3:3.3.8b-4. System is debian sid, xorg
 1:7.3+10, intel 945GM/GMS
