error in ark version 4:3.5.8-1

Hello everybody,

I am a user of Debian SID.

When I try to produce a bzipped tar ball using ark 4:3.5.8-1 I get the 
following error although (!) the produced archive is OK:

"Das Hinzufügen ist fehlgeschlagen."

I. e.: "The addition (in this case: of the directory) has failed."
Plus a window of the files / directories that failed to be added.

Can someone reading that please:

a. reproduce that error?

b. fix that bug?
