This is really weird. The only explanation i can find is that you have the
problem in another place and it was affecting kwallet.
I'm downgrading the bug and removing the forward to upstream, because i do not
think this is the same problem. The workaround of close manually the wallet or
run "dcop kded kwalletd closeAllWallets" worked in all the other cases but not
in yours.
I'll keep the bug open for a few days. Please tell us if you get the problem
again or it keeps working fine.
