We have built a new kdelibs package with a workaround for this problem.
Could you try if it works for you?
The *.debs are at http://people.debian.org/~ana/kwallet-407272/
You can install manually them or just add in your sources list:
deb http://people.debian.org/~ana/kwallet-407272/ ./
update and install.
We have not managed to reproduce the problem, but we have added a patch
that forces kwallermanager to save every time you add a new password.
Even if the affected package is kwalletmanager, this code needs to be in
kdelibs.
