Bug#379216: Error: unable to create printer (test or real printer)
Package: kdeprint
Version: 4:3.5.3-2
Severity: important
I have CUPS 1.2.1-3 installed and have been unable to create a printer
in KDE for the local printer, either as a local printer or as a remote
CUPS printer on localhost.
I had looked at:
http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=129707
which lead me to believe that I should be able to create a printer, but
have had no success, either as a normal user or as an administrator.
Any suggestions on debugging this welcome.
