Package: konsole
Version: 4:3.2.2-1

When starting konsole, the bash shell is invoked as a non-login shell, so /etc/profile is NOT read!

Is this the correct behavior? Earlier versions of testing distributions did in fact read the /etc/profile file...

Best Regards,

Martina

You can set wether konsole should run bash or bash -l or how konsole should
run your shell in the settings.
And I don't see the big differnce in the environment, as kde should have
sourced it on login anyway.

Closing this bug.
