Package: konsole
Version: 4:3.1.1-1
Severity: normal

In order to display local characters correctly, konsole should
automatically switch to UTF-8 mode when the user uses an UTF-8 locale
(such as de_DE.UTF-8). Instead, konsole will apparently interprets
all output as Latin-1, independent of the locale.

I cannot unmount the ethernet icon from the control panel menu inside
Netscape, how does it work?

The point is that you cannot rename a controller on the directory over the
clock to click a attachment.
