Bug#366342: kmid: cannot open /dev/sequencer

Upon attempting to play a midi file in kmid, the following is displayed
in an error dialog:

	Error - KMid

	Could not open /dev/sequencer.
	Probably there is another program using it.

When running kmid from Konsole, the following messages are displayed in
Konsole:

ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No
such file or directory handle==0
ALSA lib seq_hw.c:457:(snd_seq_hw_open) open /dev/snd/seq failed: No
such file or directory handle==0
