Bug#334258: testing: kdelibs4-dev outdated, depends on old kdelibs4 versions, both install *and* downgrade impossible

Bingo, that was it! (and very fast response, too!)

I only had a testing security line in there, not stable.
Once I added it, I could easily upgrade everything required for
kdelibs4-dev to install properly.

BTW, I forgot to mention that this is a box with a rather strange history,
since it was dead for more than 18 months and only recently was I able to
pull it back to life and upgrade all that very outdated stuff.

Sorry for the noise, but I couldn't imagine that this might be caused by
a security archive.
