Bug#296499: kdebase-kio-plugins: sftp:// should use ssh-agent if possible

  Uhm, odd. Can you disable konqueror preloading in the control center,
  log out and in, and see if it works? Also, what method do you use to
  set the envvars in kde, ~/.kde/env?, /etc/X11/Xsession.d?
