Any attempt to start Konqueror Web Browser crashes with the following message:
/usr/lib/libhtml.so.4: undefined symbol
_ZN4KRun24setEnableExternalBrowserEb
After that, it does brings up a window. Any attempt to bring up a web page,
however causes the same error - followed by the text of the page being
displayed as if in an editor.
Package currently broken.

No problem - this sort of issue shouldn't happen at all, actually, but KDE
(upstream) is undisciplined.

libhtml.so.4 doesn't exist; Konq's error message is probably just wrong.
