dselect update / dselect install. I believe it did all

I should have thought of this - and I promise I will next time. Yes, 
restarting KDE will fix this problem. I apologize for not thinking of it. 
Won't happen again (I hope <g>)

libhtml.so.4 is the library that was reported by Konqueror - unless I 
mis-transcribed it. I think I got it right, though.
