Bug#278653: konqueror: Strange bookmark handling behavior
Package: konqueror
Version: 4:3.3.0a-1
Severity: normal
I've noticed often that konqueror will not necessarily update its
bookmarks menu or toolbar after I save changes and close the bookmark
editor.
Also, if I edit the bookmarks.xml file manually (or automatically,
snycing it to another machine), Konqueror will often modify the file on
its own, overwriting the changes with the file as it was before.
I can't really see the purpose of either of these actions, and it makes
it very difficult to accurately sync bookmarks between two machines
running KDE.
