Package: kopete
Version: 4:3.3.0-2
Severity: minor

In order to use the jabber protocol via SSL you need to have 'qca-tcl'
installed. Maybe the 'kopete' package could suggest or recommend 'qca-tcl'

  I think you mean "qca-tls", not "qca-tcl". and then, it's already
  recommended:

    $ apt-cache show kopete | egrep Version\|Recommends
    Version: 4:3.3.0-2
    Recommends: qca-tls

  thanks,
