Bug#273045: Followup to kmail: Kmail fills a short mail body with a longer mail sent before

I've had the same problem referenced in bug #273045, but have isolated the
problem. To recap:

>> When I'm sending a long mail to somebody, and then writing another one
>> (shorter) to other people, the body of my second mail is completed with
>> the end of the firt mail's body. This is a very bug annoying, and looks
>> like a buffer that is not reset / empty before using it for a new mail.

I have three offices, each with a multi-user server running Sarge w/KDE
(KMail).

One office exhibited the above behavior, but the other two did not.

The only difference between the machines in each office was the problematic
office had home directories served by nfs-user-server, whereas the other two
used nfs-kernel-server.

Upgrading the third office to nfs-kernel-server as well caused the kmail
behavior to stop. I'm not sure how/why though.
