Bug#195398: kpackage: Can't open a pseudo teletype

Package: kpackage
Version: 4:3.1.5-1
Severity: normal
Followup-For: Bug #195398

Kpackage doesn't work with kernel 2.6. Since I changed from 2.4 to 2.6,
it keeps saying "Can't open a pseudo teletype", and it doesn't run at all.
The strange thing is that I am able tu run it as root, but when running it
as a normal user, it doesn't work. Maybe it has something to do with devfs,
as I wasn't using it with kernel 2.4.
