Package: kdelibs-bin
Version: 4:3.1.3-1
Severity: important

When home is mounted from another server via nfs it cannot generate ksyscoca database
If you remove ~/.kde KDE starts configurator and FIRST time it works.
Because this file is in /tmp it is removed during next startup user cannot start KDE next time.
Now I've create such databases for all my desktop users and during startup copy
that files to /tmp
There is another consequence: cannot see any changes done in menu
