The maintainer is still active and responds to email, so I suggest
asking them to move the VCS to salsa.debian.org.

These aren't really QA related so they aren't listed.

That is supposed to be a census of all Debian related services (some
are missing of course), including those that aren't QA related. Feel
free to register an account and add new pages there but make sure to
notify the service maintainers so that they know that they will need
to keep those pages up to date.
