Bug#898554: fakeupstream.cgi: please stop redirecting Adacore website

I comaintain these packages, and have already removed their watch
files, at least in experimental.

The current redirector is obsolete, and provides no useful
information. Removing it right now would not change much.

There are more important subjects that I would like to bring to their
attention. After all, they release (a GPL version) once every year,
almost at the exact same date, with predictible versions (the
year). Continuous tracking of this information is of little interest.
