Joseph wrote: tracker_run_all_tasks subtask may take a huge amount of

Hi,

now that we provide a sample database, this bug is only about
optimizing the update repositories task. Since this is a refactoring
and not at all specific to tracker.debian.org, I'm closing this
bug in favor of https://salsa.debian.org/qa/distro-tracker/issues/21
