Yes, but nobody is currently actively working on that (please correct
me if I'm wrong here), and I don't think is fair to ask DSA to maintain
a jessie host (i.e. a snowflake between stretch hosts) just because of
a wish.

Well, it's not like there is such a huge maintenance overhead to that,
