The redirector just reflects what SF provides via RSS:

Other projects don't use that name:
https://sourceforge.net/projects/chromium-bsu/rss?limit=10000000000000000000
The files are definitely there according to this:
$ rsync -r --list-only frs.sourceforge.net:/home/frs/project/rpcbind/
The files can also be downloaded via the web interface.
