The plan for that is that the Ubuntu section will go away and be
replaced by a patches panel (#779400) and bugs links for any
derivatives where that is possible. Last I checked a bugs link is only
possible for Ubuntu and UltimediaOS, but the latter won't be possible
soon or isn't already so only Ubuntu bugs will be linked from the
tracker site, in the bugs panel. I guess the remaining links in the
current Ubuntu panel will be dropped or included in other panels.

This is mostly because Ubuntu has infrastructure that other derivatives
either do not have or their infrastructure is the only derivative that
has certain aspects (like assigning bugs to packages).
