Bug#809781: qa.debian.org: Watchfile checker using outdated sources

The watchfile checker on qa.debian.org seems to be checking a watchfile 
from outdated sources.  See[1] which reports a watchfile problem, but 
the watchfile was fixed on 9 December[2].  Note the version of the 
package reported by the checker is the old version.
