I was indeed but it seems the linux-base package has still been moved to
git and still has the wrong link in its Vcs fields:
http://anonscm.debian.org/viewvc/kernel/dists/trunk/linux-base/README?revision=22946&view=co
https://anonscm.debian.org/cgit/kernel/linux-base.git
Perhaps this bug should be reassigned to linux-base?
