I will not reproduce the old PTS exactly.
I have just updated tracker.debian.org to use bootstrap v4 which changed
the layout slightly... do you find it better?
The default color is still not black but this one line of CSS on the body
tag that's easily fixed (and you can try it out with Firebug for example)
if that's the main complaint.
However the spacing is unlikely to evolve significantly... many people
enjoy its "lighter" aspect too.
