The certificate of 'ftp-master.debian.org' is not trusted.
Hi,
I noticed that the ftpnew gatherer is broken. It fetches
http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html
but since some time this seems not be possible any more:
$ LC_ALL=C wget http://ftp-master.debian.org/new.html

I hacked around this directly on the UDD instance with
--no-check-certificate but did not commited this to UDD code since at
least until something confirms that this is the normal behaviour I would
love to see this option go away again:

Please note that this problem only exists when calling from
