httpredir.debian.org seems to have superseeded http.debian.org. Maybe
the links could be switched to the proper .d.o service as it's now
available?

Thanks for the patch, merged. But the real work is to update the database
on tracker.debian.org to point to the new URL. The fixtures are not used
in a live setup (except for the initial seeding possibly).

I took care of updating tracker.debian.org with some SQL.
