Package: qa.debian.org

I accidentally discovered that pts@qa.debian.org acts as a mail
amplifier. A single messagge to pts@qa.debian.org, containing lots of
commands of the form

subscribe ada-mode
subscribe apache2
subscribe asterisk
...

causes a mail message to be sent for each of these commands. Asking a
only once for confirmation is preferable.

This has been fixed in the mail bot implemented for tracker.debian.org
(which will replace the current PTS).

Cheers,
