the developer overview is outdated, e.g.

still shows kbtin as pending upload although it had been accepted 6
days ago.

There were still two dead wgets from Aug 4/6 hanging around which
still held the dont-run-two-cronjobs-in-parallel locks. Killed them
now, and confirmed the cronjobs are now really running.
