As a Debian user or other interested party, on a source package page I
can see the list of disparities between the actual package and the
unstable and experimental repository overrides. The disparity
information is output for each binary package of the source package.

Acceptance tests:
Retrieve the override disparities data for unstable and experimental
from http://qa.debian.org/data/ftp/override-disparities.$suite_name
It is possible to provide the list of suites to be included through a
settings value.
Add a problem entry for each suite in which the package had registered
override disparities.
The entry for each suite contains a list of disparities as returned by
the QA site.
