Bug#716699: PTS: dont ask to consider packaging a version which is already in experimental

Hi,

 

http://packages.qa.debian.org/m/munin.html says "A new upstream version is available: 2.1.2, you should consider packaging it." while it also says that experimental has 2.1.2-1, that's annoying.
