Bug#645350: Changelog links to old version for some packages
Package: qa.debian.org
The "Changelog" link on the QA page links to an old version of the changelog
for some packages, while for most packages, the current (unstable) one is
used.
Examples I found so far:
http://packages.qa.debian.org/u/upower.html (links to stable changelog)
http://packages.qa.debian.org/p/pulseaudio.html (links to oldstable changelog)
For these packages, the "Download Changelog" action in Synaptic is broken, it
just shows an error:

This change is not coming from a source that supports changelogs.
Failed to fetch the changelog for pulseaudio
URI was:
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/p/pulseaudio/pulseaudio_1.0-4/changelog

The "Debian changelog" link from packages.debian.org is not working either,
see http://packages.debian.org/sid/upower
I am not sure if QA is the correct package here - please redirect if not, and
sorry for the inconvenience.
