Dear Ana and everybody,

I tried such a procedure in January. I did not know exactly what type of bug to
open, and opted for a RFH. First I regretted my choice because RFH bugs do not
appear on the package's bug page since they are reported against the wnpp
pseudo-package, but the ‘affects’ property of the BTS allowed to solve that
problem. The same would be true for a RM bug against ftp.debian.org.

The next step would be then to register the bug in bapase. But I am unsure
which ‘action’ to choose (http://svn.debian.org/wsvn/collab-qa/bapase/README).
The RFH bug discussed all possibilities, but the current state of the package
in question is unclear to me, because although the maintainer has thanked for
the NMU, his last upload was in 2005 and the package has been NMUed for the
third time in a row.

Have a nice day,
