You are kidding right? Gnome-libs was supposed to be removed before Etch released IIRC, yet there are still packages out there with maintainers that haven't been "ported or removed". Good luck trying to "make" someone adopt a package.
Perhaps removing all the orphaned leaf packages would be a good start
though.


Or finding an adopter.
