RM: newsgate -- RoQA; insecure, unstable, orphaned, limited archs, free alternatives, low popcon

Hi,

Please remove newsgate from unstable, as result of the combination of the 
following factors:

* It's riddled with insecure tempfile usage;
* As the documentation indicates the software is quite unfinished;
* Most recent upstream release 1996;
* Package has been up for adoption and subsequently orphaned since January
   with no registerd interest;
* It's only available on i386 and amd64;
* There are free alternatives available;
* It has low popcon numbers.
