It seems uploads to experimental with `DM-Upload-Allowed: yes' doesn't work as uploads to unstable does. According to [1], the upload of libgtksourceviewmm version 1.9.4-1 had been accepted on Thu, 03 Apr 2008 15:16:30 +0000, which contains `DM-Upload-Allowed: yes' field in control file. However, when trying to upload the same package to sid, it was rejected[2], which happened on Thu Apr 10 14:32:09 UTC 2008. According to libgtksourceviewmm's QA page[3], it doesn't contain any changes I made in the experimental upload, such as no DMUA, and not listing me in Uploaders. I wonder if that's supposed to be so or a bug. Any comments are appreciated. Thanks.
