Bug#377282: mail to pkg@PTS not delivered to maintainer by default

I supposed so, that's why I headed you explicitely in the good direction.

You can't easily use the mail interface to:
- verify if the maintainer subscribed
- find out the tags he's subscribed to
- adjust accordingly

It would require several rounds of mail exchanges which isn't desirable.

In fact it's not needed. The database files are readable on
master.d.o:/org/packages.qa.debian.org/db/*.db
