Feel free to start that script first. :-) Adding the keyword is a matter
of minutes. 

Take care to handle properly the case if the maintainer is already
subscribed. In that case, you have to add the contact keyword only.

Funny thing that you come back to this a few minutes after Joachim
Breitner also discussed the bad integration between the PTS and the BTS
for maintainers (who get BTS mail twice if they don't pay attention to
the list of keywords).
