PTS presently has a link: pygtk (source) is buggy! (1 > 0) => http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/pkgreport.cgi?which=pkg&data=pygtk&sev-inc=critical&sev-inc=grave&sev-inc=serious But there are no bugs listed, I think because of this bugs bug.
