Status != history, though... What part would be the 'status' here?

For history, the 'news' section seems like best suited, so the question
remains[1], would it be a waste of space or rather a good use of space
to have testings status changes end up in that section too?

DAK should send them, I'd say, and I think I saw somewhere already some
discussion about that. Of course, I can stash the script under qa
somewhere, if Henning for some reason no longer wants to run it under
his user, but I think it's best to have it simply directly moved to the
most-correct place. In any case it shouldn't be the PTS subsystem itself
that sends out these mails, that's besides the purpose and design of it.
