I use the address nvainio+deb@iki.fi for my packages. 
The "Maintainer" field of http://packages.qa.debian.org/u/unrar.html 
links to http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=nvainio+deb@iki.fi
which doesn't work. The plus sign should be converted to %2B so the
correct URL is http://qa.debian.org/developer.php?login=nvainio%2Bdeb@iki.fi
