Here if one would have proper timestamp/tracing, one would be able to
see on the developer.php page the bug info is outdated, rather than that
the timestamp is updated without really bug info being propagated, and
also, the end-script, developer.php in this case, can add a warning if
it detects the data is older than a specific time, for example, if
bugdata is older than one hour.

I'm working on an improved developer.php by the way, making it at the
same time more compact and with more information, of course based on the
current code. I'm trying to package the debian scripts in such a way one
can do apt-get install qa.debian.org, which should make it much easier
to move/install the QA stuff.

But first I want a new lintian :), due RSN.
