Orphaning some packages?

tbm threated to orphan it already, last in his mail three weeks ago.
Should we proceed?

According to the mia db migus contacted him in February. Was there
any response? I see occasional activity in the bug reports but no
uploads. All packages are either NMUed, RC buggy or from pre-woody,
some fullfil more than one of the criteria.
