agree with you there.
I suggest: "Active on this runlevel", "Inactive on this runlevel" and
"Manual control" (s-link, k-link, no-link).
I do NOT think a two-state control should be "on" and "manual control",
unless this is quite throughoutly documented. People will think that it is
"on" and "off" otherwise, and no-link is not "off".
