developer.php bug number parseable
Hi
During the process of tracking down non active non DD:s I use
the developer.php html files. Something have changed there.
Formerly if there were 0 bugs it was presented as '-' now it is
presented as ' '. It is now impossible to (without parsing the
html...) tell what is a bug and what is package versions...
I really want it be be reverted. :)
