The description for blue colored packages is wrong. It appears that
every package is blue, that has co-maintainers (an Uploaders field),
regardless who uploaded it.

Anyway, I would like to have the following behavior: Every package
colored blue is a package I'm co-maintainer only, and black packages
are my own packages (with or without co-maintainers).
