Bug#194659: developer.php: wrong buildd link for users with dotted uid

The developer.php contains invalid buildd links for all developers
containing a dot in their email uid and hence having this as
"address (name)" instead of "name <address>" in the Maintainers
file. For login=godisch the buildd link is [1] and not [2].
